  Corey Dutko

  Owner

  Corey has zest and passion for real estate that emanates through every transaction and project he completes. After graduating from James Madison University, he began his career in real estate with one of the Top Ten Realty groups in the country and was named a top-producing buyer’s agent with his sale of over 200 homes and 75 foreclosures. Since 2009, Corey has been personally involved in over 50 real estate investment projects, yielding profits totaling over $3,000,000. In 2012, Corey launched the real estate investment firm, Northern Virginia Investments. For two consecutive years, the firm garnered the remarkable achievement, Deal of the Year, awarded by the CAZA investment group, heralding the incredible success of his investment startup. Using his extensive real estate and renovation expertise, Corey is able to pass along expert investment advice to clients, helping them maximize the sale of their family home. In 2018, Corey co-founded Easy House Buyers, producing innovative marketing and investment techniques, while providing his clients exceptional customer service. When Corey isn’t spending his time advising clients and investing in real estate projects, you’ll find him spending time with his wife, Ryla, a local schoolteacher, and enjoying a wide variety of outdoor activities.

  Sean Ragen

  Owner

  Born and raised in Fairfax County, Sean graduated from W.T. Woodson HS, and is an alumnus of Christopher Newport University. Sean began his career in real estate with one of the Top Ten Realty groups in the country and was named a top-producing buyer’s agent with the sale of over 170 homes and the coordination of over 400 real estate transactions. Since 2009, Sean has been personally involved in over 50 real estate investment projects, yielding profits totaling over $3,000,000. In 2012, Sean launched the real estate investment firm, Northern Virginia Investments. For two consecutive years, the firm garnered the remarkable achievement, Deal of the Year, awarded by the CAZA investment group, heralding the incredible success of his investment startup. Sean’s significant construction knowledge and know-how earns his client’s loyalty and appreciation In 2018, Sean co-founded Easy House Buyers, producing innovative marketing and investment techniques, while providing his clients exceptional customer service. When Sean isn’t spending his time advising clients and investing in real estate, you’ll find him enjoying the wide variety of sporting events the D.C. metro area has to offer.

  Hannah Hinzman

  Acquisitions Manager

  Hannah Hinzman graduated from Stephens College in 2010 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree. Having grown up in a historical home, her passion for restoring and renovating homes begins with her love for historic homes. Hannah takes pride in providing concierge-like services to her clients and their families and she works hard to provide smooth and drama-free transactions every time. Her clients love her vibrant and relateable personality and her attention to detail. Hannah credits her negotiation skills and tactics to her days of teaching elementary school. Hannah worked in education for six years prior to real estate. In 2016, she and her husband, Chaz, moved from Palm Beach to DC. Although she misses the warm weather, she has utterly and truly fallen in love with DC. As a historic preservation activist and Mayor Bowser fan girl, Hannah hopes to one day see all of DC revitalized.
